Shipping Policy
At MYSTERY-SCOOPS, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DPD, UPS, and DHL. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, package size, and desired delivery speed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on the same business day (Monday through Saturday), provided the item is in stock. For custom-made parts, additional production time may be required. We will keep you informed via email.
Delivery Times
The table below provides an estimate of expected delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping & Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track your shipment online until delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. The following rates serve as a guideline:

We offer free shipping on all orders over €50, regardless of destination.
Note: Different rates may apply for larger or heavier packages. Final shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing your order.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international shipments outside the EU, local authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these fees, cannot calculate them in advance, and are not liable for any delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures.
Tip: Contact your local customs office for more information on potential import fees.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and you have received a track & trace code, responsibility lies with the shipping service.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. Of course, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Always double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MYSTERY-SCOOPS is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the parcel.
